The problem can be caused by one of the following reasons:
1. You have entered the wrong mailbox during registration.
2. You have installed SPAM filters on your mailbox, mistakenly blocking our mail.
3. Your mail does not work (letters from other senders do not come either).
If the error still persists, try registering an account by specifying a different mailbox (preferably on a different server).
You can continue to use the current account, but change the trader's PIN and password. A new PIN code and trading password will be sent to you after you send your request to email@example.com. A scan of your passport / driver's license as well as an account number must be attached to your email.
